Team Up with Meg Forney

Need RoofMeg Forney, a native of Minneapolis, has been a real estate professional since 1978. As a Realtor, independently contracted with Coldwell Banker Burnet, she is one of their top producers, with the title of Executive Sales Producer.

Over the years, Meg has put together her own team of professionals: Mortgage Officers, Housing Inspectors, Title Company Closers, as well as access to financial planners, lawyers and contractors. She uses her own Mac computer for organization and communication and to produce individualized marketing pieces. Hands-on Experience
Meg has had hands-on experience in real estate as an owner of several types of properties, including duplex, condominium (and conversions), single family home and lakeshore property. From a great deal of work on each of these properties (nine properties to date), she has received extensive architectural and remodeling knowledge. She has Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Art History and Interior Design. Her volunteer experiences have given her knowledge in urban development, and as a fourth generation Minneapolitan, she has deep roots in her knowledge of the Twin Cities.

In addition to being an Executive Sales Associate, Meg is a member of the Masters Program, an Accredited Relocation Counselor and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. She is a graduate of Edina-Morningside High School and the University of Minnesota, as well as studied on the World Campus Afloat program, traveling one and a half times around the world and at the Sorbonne in Paris, France.
